Sehat Saholat is not a simple "pick and book" telehealth app that is typically used as a digital "marketplace" to connect health seekers and providers on a third-party basis while taking a commission, much like a broker.

Unlike anyone else, we provide a health partnership between patients, their loved ones, and the clinicians on our platform. This is not a one-time or few random interactions, but recorded medical encounters based on the patient's detailed health profile, which build up prospectively, providing a high level of reliability and satisfaction for both clinicians and patients. Because we have designed our processes and have a governance framework in place, we are proud to offer the same level of care to patients, clinicians themselves, and their families.
