This is our flagship interactive product that helps you reap the rewards of our services by enabling you to enter all your health-related information (e.g., previous and current medical conditions, operations, tests, scans, reports, medications, lifestyle, etc.) to the best of your abilities under relevant sections to enable us to build your comprehensive health profile. This will help us manage your healthcare needs most appropriately. All future consultations will be automatically incorporated into your EMR, so it remains up-to-date at all times without the need for you to update it.

Do I need to complete the registration and the EMR in one go?

Of course, you can complete the registration and fill out the EMR for various episodes/encounters at your own pace and convenience, but remember that you will only be able to book a consultation once you have completed your registration and filled out your EMR with all mandatory fields at least

How is access to my EMR regulated?

We are committed to your confidentiality and strictly regulate and control access to your records. Therefore, even the treating clinician gets access to your EMR for a certain period of time only prior to your scheduled appointment, for which you specifically give consent at the time of confirmation of your appointment.

How can I use my EMR for external consultations?

If you are on our subscription package, then you are able to download your EMR in PDF format and share it with your external care provider as required, if you wish so, at your own risk. Pay as you Go/bundle customers may use this facility at an extra cost; however, all such users will need to update their health records themselves when they return.

How many family members can use one subscription package?

One standard subscription package will cater for up to 4 family members, which would include 3 family members in addition to yourself and can be either your spouse and 2 children or your parents or siblings, as you like. You will be able to build up a separate EMR for each family member, with a unique identifier for each of them, to get them customised medical care. All EMRs will be under your registration or login.

Can I add more family members, and how do I do it?

Yes, indeed, we understand you may wish to enable other loved ones to avail our services. You can add each additional family member with only one-time registration payment to generate and build an EMR for them with an unique identifier under your profile/login. Their EMR will be active and usable like yours, so they can enjoy the same benefits and duration of your subscription.

I am a Pay as you Go/Bundle customer; what will happen to my EMR?

Our bespoke EMR is available for use by Pay as you Go/bundle customers as long as their appointments are active or have available appointment credit within their bundle’s time limit. Once these are exhausted, EMR will automatically become dormant until a new appointment is purchased as Pay as you Go or a bundle of appointments is purchased to be used as per the package.

What will happen to my unused appointments out of my Pay as you Go/pre-paid bundle?

If you don’t utilize your available appointments at or within the specified time period of your Pay as you Go or bundle, they will lapse automatically and will not be redeemable. However, under exceptional/special circumstances, an extension may be considered within a specified period. You will need to send an email request with supporting evidence to our customer service explaining your circumstances.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

We do understand that sometimes circumstances or situations change, and you may wish to change/cancel your appointments. We are happy for you to do it through our app as long as you do it at least 4 hours ahead of the scheduled time of your appointment. This is to enable our dedicated specialists, who are likely to be in another country, to reorganise their work plan.

A valid request for refund will be processed within 48 hours of your "cancel/refund" notification generated via the app, and your payment will be transferred back to your original payment source minus any third-party part/bank service charges, if any (the time and charges incurred by third parties, banks, and gateways are beyond our means and not our responsibility, since Sehat Sahoolat Registered As: Web Health Online Pvt. Ltd will not deduct any penalty at our end).

However, the duration of some of your consultations may vary according to the nature of your problem, and our system is designed to accommodate this, but you need to agree preemptively to this as it may incur additional costs for you.

How is my personal information stored?

We follow a strict personal information governance policy and keep it securely. and SSL/encrypted to maintain your medical records and delivery of smooth service, only as long as it is necessary. We will not sell or trade your personal information. Your information is confidential and only accessible to your treating clinician(s) for a limited time prior to your appointment(s) with them and only for consultation purposes.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payfast supports eight payment methods: Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Maestro and Visa Electron debit cards, Masterpass, Mobicred, MoreTyme, SnapScan, SCode, and Instant EFT by Payfast.

Is my payment secure, and where are my details stored?

Your payments are processed through reliable and secure gateways. We don’t store your credit card bank details unless you are on our subscription package and consent for these details to be used for automatic/renewal payments.

No, you can only access those patients' EMRs whose appointment is confirmed with you, and that is only for a certain duration prior to and during the specific consultation, with the patient’s specific consent and them receiving the notification when their EMR is accessed by you.
